Every XPENG vehicle comes with a manufacturer’s warranty of up to 7 years. Of particular note is our high-voltage component warranty: the electric motor, IPU (Integrated Power Unit) and BMS (Battery Management System) units, as well as the high-voltage battery, are covered for up to 8 years or 160,000 km. This allows you to enjoy your electric mobility worry-free, without concerns about your battery.

XPENG also provides a 3-year warranty against paint defects and a 12-year warranty against internal-to-external corrosion. Original spare parts and retrofits are covered for 24 months from installation – ensuring the highest quality for every repair.

For lasting protection and optimal performance of your XPENG vehicle, maintenance and service work should be carried out by authorized XPENG dealers or service centers. The applicable warranty terms and conditions apply.
